Your mission
At our location in Germany / Mannheim or Austria / Villach (hybrid and/or remote work model) we are looking for you, as a “DFT Design Engineer (m/f/d)” to join us as soon as possible. You have basic or advanced skills and a desire to expand your knowledge and work with us hands-on. 

  • Drive DFT concept and methodology on EXTOLL's high-speed interface IPs.
  • Integrate, implement and verify DFT functionalities.
  • Analyze and improve IP testability together with RTL and implementation teams.
  • Customer support on SoC DFT integration of EXTOLL's IP.
Your profile
  • B.S./M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related subject with emphasis on hardware design.
  • min. 3 years of work experience in Design For Test, including internships.
  • Experience with widely used DFT tools from major EDA vendors (Siemens EDA (former Mentor), Synopsys, Cadence).
  • Knowledge about scan test, OCC, JTAG/iJTAG, boundary scan, IEEE 1500.
  • Experience with GTL simulations in Cadence Xcelium, or a comparable simulator, for verification of DFT structures and pattern simulations.
  • Experience in HDL design using Verilog / SystemVerilog.
  • Knowledge about timing constraint generation (SDC) and timing verification.
  • Familiarity with synthesis tools like Cadence Genus would be preferred.
  • Written and spoken English skills are required.

Deine Mission
Wir suchen Dich an unserem Standort in Deutschland / Mannheim oder Österreich / Villach (Hybrid - oder Full Remote Work Modell) als "DFT Design Engineer (m/w/d)", der/die unser Team baldmöglichst verstärkt. Du bringst bereits fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse mit und hast den Wunsch, Dein Wissen zu erweitern und eng mit uns zusammenzuarbeiten.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von DFT-Konzepten und -Methodologien für EXTOLLs High-Speed Interface IPs.
  • Integration, Implementierung und Verifizierung von DFT-Funktionalitäten.
  • Analyse und Verbesserung der IP-Testability zusammen mit RTL- und Implementierungsteams.
  • Kundensupport bei der SoC-DFT-Integration von EXTOLLs IPs.
Dein Profil
  • B.S./M.S. Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Physik, Informatik, Informationstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit Schwerpunkt Hardware-Design.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Design-for-Test, einschließlich Praktika.
  • Erfahrung mit weit verbreiteten DFT-Tools von führenden EDA-Anbietern (Siemens EDA (ehemals Mentor), Synopsys, Cadence).
  • Kenntnisse über Scandesign, OCC, JTAG/iJTAG, Boundary Scan, IEEE 1500.
  • Erfahrung mit GTL-Simulationen in Cadence Xcelium oder einem vergleichbaren Simulator zur Verifikation von DFT-Strukturen und Pattern Simulationen.
  • Erfahrung im HDL-Design mit Verilog / SystemVerilog.
  • Kenntnisse über Timing-Constraint-Generierung (SDC) und Timing-Verifikation.
  • Kenntnisse in Synthese-Tools wie Cadence Genus sind von Vorteil.

Du erhältst 14 Monatsgehälter pro Jahr. Abhängig von Deiner Expertise und Deinen Fähigkeiten ist auch eine höhere Vergütung möglich.
